md5deep software package provides Recursively compute hashsums or piecewise hashings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install md5deep
md5deep is installed in your system.
Make ensure the md5deep package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep md5deep *
You will get with md5deep package name, version, architecture and description in a table
